Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inquiries, provide solutions, and assist with product or service-related questions to Customers in chat process
- Conduct outbound calls to enhance customer satisfaction and support business needs before or after purchases.
- Manage customer interactions efficiently and professionally via chat and phone, ensuring prompt resolutions..
- Support additional customer experience tasks as required to meet business objectives.

Requirements:





- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support role in chat role majorly
- Proficiency in Hindi and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Skills and Traits:

- Strong writing, speaking and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with and assist customers.
- Enjoys engaging with people and solving customer problems.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently across chat and phone interactions.
