Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound/inbound calls to prospective customers to introduce company products/services. Manage end-to-end inside sales processes from lead qualification to deal closure. Address customer queries, handle objections professionally,



and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Maintain a systematic sales pipeline and follow up consistently with leads. Record customer interactions, feedback, and sales updates accurately in the system/CRM.

Candidate Requirements Experience: Prior experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, or Customer Support/Handling.

Language Proficiency: Mandatory: Fluent in English and Tamil .

Preferred: Knowledge of additional languages (Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, etc.) is a plus.

Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
