Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer and hotel partner queries through calls, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and skilled responses.
- Assist customers with booking-related and service-related queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Follow up on pending customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and complaints.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain a professional and positive approach while communicating with customers.
- Follow company processes, guidelines, and customer support standards.
- Support the team with daily customer service activities and reports.
