Hiring Customer Support Executives for an E-Wallet Customer Support Process. The role involves assisting customers through both Voice and Non-Voice channels, including calls and email.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to E-Wallet services.
- Assist with refund and account-related queries.
- Handle account cancellation requests.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide guidance.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
Requirements
- 6 months relevant customer support experience preferred.
- Candidates with 1–4 months relevant experience may also be considered.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable handling both Calls and Emails.
- Robust customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work across Voice and Non-Voice channels.
- Age: 18–30 years.
