We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, ensuring timely resolution of concerns, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and project updates
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of customer requests
- Manage documentation and maintain proper records
- Address customer complaints with a solution-oriented approach
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
