We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an Inbound Voice Process associated with Bank. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and delivering good customer service over the phone.

Eligibility - Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Intermediate - Freshers and experienced candidates can apply -

Good verbal communication skills -

Good customer-handling skills -

English and Hindi are mandatory -

Telugu or any other regional language will be an advantage - SVAR Score: 50+

Salary & Benefits -

Freshers: ₹17,000 In-Hand per month -

Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹19,000 CTC - Cab facility available

Work Schedule -

6 Days Working -

1 Rotational Week Off - Rotational shifts as per process requirements
