We are hiring experienced Customer Support Executives for a voice-based customer service process. The role involves handling customer queries, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Eligibility -
- Experience: 8 months to 5 years
- Relevant customer service / BPO experience preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidates who can join at short notice are encouraged to apply
Salary -
Up to ₹3 LPA, based on experience and profile
Requirements -
- Good communication skills
- Strong customer-handling ability
- Relevant voice process / customer service experience preferred
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally
- Willingness to work in a full time role
Documents Required -
Candidates must carry their original Aadhaar Card for ID verification and onboarding.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
