Role Description The Customer Support Executive role at CB TEAM is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. This role involves responding to customer inquiries related to payments through phone, email, and online channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
The Customer Support
Executive will handle service requests, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
Responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of interactions, following established support procedures,
and contributing to continuous improvement of customer service processes. The role also includes collaborating with internal stakeholders to address recurring customer concerns and support a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills focused on clear communication and problem-solving.
- Experience in Online Support and Customer Satisfaction, including handling queries across digital channels.
- Ability to provide basic Technical Support for payment-related issues and follow troubleshooting guidelines.
- Good spoken and written English; additional regional language skills are an advantage.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, ticketing systems, and standard office software.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage shifting priorities, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Prior experience in payments, fintech, or related customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any field is an added benefit.
