- Role: Customer Service Associate

- Working Days: 6 Days

Role & responsibilities

- Customer Consultation: Welcome walk-in customers, understand their concerns, and guide them
- Retention & Growth: Build strong customer relationships to drive treatment consistency, repeat visits, product reorders, and positive reviews/testimonials.
- Follow-Ups: Conduct proactive calls and WhatsApp follow-ups to track progress, resolve queries, and escalate complex.
- Store Operations: Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising standards, accurate inventory checks, and regularly log consultation notes in CRM.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role (Hospitality, Wellness, Luxury Retail, Aviation,



or Beauty/Salon background preferred).
- Language & Communication: Explicit, confident English communication, plus fluency in Hindi or the local regional language.
- Grooming & Presentation: Well-presented and professionally groomed in line with store standards (blazer, badge, neat hair, formal shoes).
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using digital tools, including CRM systems and WhatsApp for customer communication.
- Location: Based locally or near the experience center.
