Role Description The Customer Support and Sales Coordination Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role involves handling customer inquiries, providing timely support via phone, email, and online channels, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Executive will coordinate with the sales team to process orders, prepare quotations, track deliveries, and maintain accurate customer records. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers with product information, basic technical troubleshooting, and service requests, as well as following up on leads and supporting post-sales activities.



The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to resolve issues, improve service processes, and contribute to overall customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support and Customer Service, with a focus on clear communication and problem solving.
- Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction through responsive service, follow-up, and relationship-building.
- Experience providing Online Support via email, chat, or web-based platforms.
- Basic Technical Support skills to assist customers in understanding products and resolving common issues.
- Good spoken and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Organizational and coordination skills to manage orders, documentation, and internal communication with sales and service teams.
- Comfort working with MS Office and CRM or ERP systems for data entry and reporting.
- Prior experience in industrial products, instrumentation, or B2B customer service is preferred.
- Graduate degree or diploma in any discipline; education in engineering, science, or business is an added benefit.
