We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Success Intern to support our Chennai customer base. The intern will be based in Bangalore and will engage with customers over phone and email to schedule meetings with our local team in Chennai, while also assisting in payment reminders and overdue follow‑ups. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands‑on experience in customer engagement, relationship management, and sales support.
Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to customers in Chennai to schedule meetings with the local team.
· Remind customers about upcoming payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
· Assist in maintaining customer records.
· Support the Customer Success team in tracking client interactions and follow‑ups.
· Coordinate with the Chennai team to ensure smooth handovers and meeting preparedness.
· Gather customer feedback and share insights with the Customer Success Manager.
· Contribute to pre‑meeting analysis and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred).
· Strong communication skills in English and regional languages (Tamil preferred).
· Basic knowledge of MS Office.
· Comfort with discussing payment reminders in a polite and professional manner.
· Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
· Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn.
