? We’re Hiring | Customer Success Engineer

TREEVERSAL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is growing, and we’re looking for a Customer Success Engineer who can bridge the gap between customers, product, and technology .

⭐ Industry Experience Preferred

Candidates with prior experience in the Car Rental, Mobility, Travel & Tourism, Fleet Management, Transport, OTA, or related industries will be preferred .

Experience with Car Rental ERP, Travel Technology, B2B/B2C travel platforms, booking systems, fleet operations, or mobility SaaS products will be an added advantage.

? What You’ll Do

- Act as the technical point of contact for customers.
- Understand customer requirements, workflows, and business challenges.
- Assist customers with product implementation, configuration, and onboarding.
- Troubleshoot application and integration-related issues.
- Coordinate with Product, Development, and Support teams to resolve issues.
- Track customer issues and ensure timely closure.
- Conduct product demonstrations and user training.
- Collect customer feedback and convert it into actionable product improvements.
- Prepare documentation, SOPs, and knowledge-base content.




- Monitor customer adoption and help customers get maximum value from our products.

? What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Support, Application Support, SaaS Support, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of web applications and SaaS products.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to understand technical issues and explain them in simple business language.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, databases, or application troubleshooting will be an advantage.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and work closely with technology and product teams.
- Prior experience in Car Rental, Mobility, Travel & Tourism, Fleet, Transport, OTA, or related industries will be preferred.
