About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Client Servicing Executive to join our team at Salt Oral Care. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of projects and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a point of contact for clients and manage day-to-day communication.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with relevant internal teams for execution.
- Prepare and share client updates, presentations, reports and other required documents.
- Follow up on timelines, deliverables and pending requirements.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, creative, operations and other teams as required.
- Maintain strong and professional client relationships.
- Track project status and ensure timely closure of tasks.
- Address basic client queries and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain accurate records of client communication and project-related information.
- Support the team in improving overall client experience.





What We’re Looking For

- 0–2 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- A proactive, solution-oriented and client-focused approach.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
