Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Client Development & Customer Service Executive as a fully remote position in india.

Key responsibilities include:

- Responding promptly to incoming inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels, providing clear, accurate, and timely information about our services and products.
- Engaging with prospects and existing clients to understand their requirements, and recommending the right Studio 52 solutions.
- Developing new client relationships and growing existing accounts through proactive follow-up and outreach.
- Managing multiple inquiries, leads, and tickets efficiently, in line with company policies and service standards.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentation

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Service, Client Development,



Account Management, or Sales Support.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain high levels of client satisfaction through effective problem-solving and follow-up.
- Strong understanding of customer service and client development best practices.
- Confident communicator, comfortable representing the company in client meetings and presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfort with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and remote work tools.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules.
- Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetings is preferred.
- Previous experience in media, technology, or digital services is an advantage.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge and experience of AI
