looking for an experienced Order Management Customer Service qualified to manage key and strategic customer accounts and ensure a high-quality customer experience. The role involves handling complex customer queries, order-to-delivery activities, escalations, and coordination with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage key, strategic, and premium customer accounts as the primary customer support contact.
- Handle customer orders, order follow-up, backlog management, delivery commitments, complaints, and escalations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Quality, Operations, and manufacturing teams for smooth order execution.
- Support forecasting, bookings, PO coverage, and customer commitments.




- Handle critical customer issues and supply-related escalations with timely resolution.
- Conduct customer and internal alignment meetings and ensure proper follow-up.
- Monitor service KPIs and identify opportunities for process and service improvement.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with defined processes and SOPs.
- Support onboarding and guide junior customer service team members.

Candidate Profile:

- 3–9 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Care, Order Management, Inside Sales Support, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Experience in international B2B or manufacturing environments will be preferred.
- Strong experience in order-to-cash processes, customer escalations, delivery coordination, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Good communication, analytical, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems and MS Excel is preferred.
