We Are Hiring | Customer Service & Pricing Executive
IMEX Shipping & Logistics (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Customer Service & Pricing Executive with 2+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics.
? Location: Navi Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business and maintain client relationships.
- Source rates, prepare quotations, follow up and close deals.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, shipping lines and brokers.
- Negotiate rates, secure orders and ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Support billing and payment follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree; Logistics/Supply Chain background is a plus.
- 2+ years of relevant Freight Forwarding/Logistics experience.
- Robust industry network and negotiation skills.
- Good coordination, time-management and communication skills.
- Self-driven and result-oriented.
