Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

- Act as the single point of contact for assigned clients, handling enquiries, updates and escalations by phone, email and WhatsApp.

- Share proactive shipment status updates (booking confirmation, vessel/flight schedules, ETD/ETA, delays, arrival notices).

- Coordinate with the pricing team on rate requests and follow up on quotations sent to clients.

- Resolve client issues such as delays, documentation discrepancies, detention/demurrage and billing queries quickly and professionally.

- Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat and additional business.

Operations

- Handle export and import shipments (FCL, LCL, air) from booking through final delivery.

- Place bookings with shipping lines, co-loaders and airlines, and track space, cut-offs and SI/VGM submission.

- Prepare and check shipping documents: HBL/MBL, HAWB/MAWB, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin,



and other client or regulatory documents.

- Coordinate with CHAs, transporters, CFS/ICDs, overseas agents and carriers for customs clearance, stuffing/destuffing, pickup and delivery.

- Follow up on shipping bills, Bills of Entry, IGM/EGM filings and delivery orders.

- Monitor free time and detention/demurrage exposure, and flag risks to clients and management early.

- Share job details with accounts for timely invoicing, and help with collection follow-ups where needed.

- Keep up with customs notifications, port/terminal updates and trade agreement requirements affecting client shipments.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
