We are hiring Customer Service Officer for broadband sales. The role involves meeting potential customers, generating leads, promoting broadband plans, converting leads into new connections, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits and outdoor sales.
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, local areas, and direct customer interaction.
- Promote and sell broadband connections, plans, and offers.
- Explain broadband plans, pricing, benefits, and installation process to customers.
- Convert leads into successful broadband connections.
- Maintain valuable relationships with new and existing customers.
- Coordinate with the relevant teams for customer installation and activation.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification:
10/ 12th Pass / Degree
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of sales experience can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory
