We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who can provide professional and empathetic support to our customers, respond to their queries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Work Days: Monday to Friday
Experience: 0-2 Years (Fresher with good communication skills are eligible.)

Requirements:
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer support/customer service is preferred.
• Good communication (English) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with stressed or upset customers.
- Robust customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Positive and customer-focused attitude.
