Job Overview:-

Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring customer-focused and service-oriented professionals for the position of Customer Service Executive Retail Credit Cards.

The role involves handling retail credit card customer queries, resolving service requests, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience while following bank policies and compliance standards.

Eligibility Criteria:-

- Education: Graduation is mandatory – Any Stream
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Credit Card Operations, or Customer Service
- Age: 20 to 30 years
- Gender: Male / Female
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- CTC: Up to 4.50 LPA, based on interview performance

Key Responsibilities:-

- Handle customer queries related to retail credit cards and banking services.
- Assist customers with credit card activation, billing, statements, payments, and transaction-related queries.




- Handle requests related to card replacement, reward points, credit limits, and transaction disputes.
- Process customer service requests accurately within defined turnaround timelines.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
- Follow bank policies, operational procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and customer satisfaction.

Working Schedule:-

- Shift: Rotational Day Shifts
- Shift Window: 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Shift Duration: 9 hours including breaks
- Weekly Off: 8 rotational week-offs per month
- Candidates must be versatile to work on weekends and public holidays as per business requirements.
