Location: Rayala Towers, Mount Road, Chennai

Shift: General Day Shift
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Week Off: Sunday – Fixed
LANGUAGE-WISE OPENINGS
Kannada: Opening – ₹21,000 Take Home
Telugu: Openings – ₹15,500 Take Home
Malayalam: Opening – ₹18,000 Take Home
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer calls related to insurance renewal.
- Communicate with customers professionally and clearly.
- Explain renewal-related information and assist customers with their queries.
- Follow the assigned process and company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
- Provide a good customer experience during every interaction.
- Achieve assigned productivity and quality requirements.
ELIGIBILITY
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates must be fluent in the required regional language.
- Valuable communication skills are required.
- Candidates should be comfortable handling customer calls.
- Candidates must be willing to work from the Mount Road, Chennai location.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
