We are hiring for Customer Service Executive -Co-ordinator (Freight forwarding)
Location- Mumbai
Experience: 2–5 years
Excellent command of English
Knowledge of Freight Forwarding.
Sending enquiry to co-loaders and Agents.
Comparing rates and quoting to the customer.
Checking pre -alerts of Import shipments and follow-up with overseas agents/Co-loaders.
Updating customers with shipment status.
Preparing Reports DSR etc .
Tele calling for recent customers.
