- Receive leads from agency through Social Media & record the data in CRM.
- Identification & Punching of raw leads (windows customer, social media, reference ) in CRM Software.
- Calling to all raw leads & sharing of company profile with customer need identification.
- Sharing of Filtered leads to Marketing Executives.
- Listing down of Design & Quotation Requirement from Marketing Team.
- Allotting design & quotation to designers.
- Follow up with Designers for Quotations to speed up productions process.
- Follow up with Marketing Team on Daily Reports, Visits & Hot Leads.
- Allotment & Follow Up of Final Window Customers to respective Marketing Buddy.
- Thank You Note & Goodies with Customer through Marketing Executive.
- Identifying non closure in discussion with marketing team & sharing it with Management for necessary action.
- Solid Technical Knowledge
- Detail-oriented and focused on results
