- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

- Build and maintain robust customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction.

- Follow up on quotations, sales inquiries, and pending customer requirements.

- Coordinate with Sales and Service teams for complaint resolution and timely updates.

- Maintain accurate customer records, follow-up trackers, and CRM data.

- Generate daily and monthly MIS reports and ensure prompt issue escalation when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
