Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Graduate Management Trainee. The Graduate Management Trainee will assist in various management activities, from project coordination and performance monitoring to strategy development and implementation. They will engage with cross-functional teams, contribute to innovative initiatives,



and support day-to-day operations while gaining valuable experience and honing their skills in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in report preparation, data management, and using digital tools such as Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms.
- Analytical capability and eagerness to learn about business management principles, strategy, and operations.
- Adaptability to remote work environments and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
- Leadership potential and the ability to take initiative in projects and tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in project management or internship experience in a related field is an added advantage.
