Employment Type : Full-time We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, understand their requirements, coordinate internally, and ensure timely resolution of queries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers. Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

Follow up with leads, enquiries, quotations, orders, and pending payments. Coordinate with the sales, landscaping, gardening, and operations teams to fulfil customer requirements. Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project/service updates.

Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer experience. Maintain accurate customer databases, records, follow-ups, and interaction history.

Coordinate AMC/service visits and communicate schedules and updates to clients.



Support customer retention, repeat business, referrals, and upselling opportunities. Prepare regular reports on customer enquiries, follow-ups, complaints, and conversions.

Ensure professional and timely communication with all customers.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred. 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales, customer service, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Positive negotiation and problem-solving skills. Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools. Ability to manage multiple customers and follow-ups simultaneously. Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

Experience in landscaping, gardening, retail, real estate, interior design, or related service industries will be an advantage.
