As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited in the CLM Domestic BFSI | Manpower - Back office department. Your primary role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with our valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, providing product and service information, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Build and maintain a database of customer information and preferences.
