- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and showroom visits.

- Follow up on leads, test drives, bookings and vehicle deliveries.

- Make service reminders and post-service follow-up calls.

- Maintain customer records and update CRM/DMS regularly.

- Coordinate with Sales and Service teams to address customer requirements.

- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

- Collect customer feedback and support improvement of CSI/customer satisfaction.

- Prepare daily follow-up and customer interaction reports.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Experience
