Water Store Kerala is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to handle customer communication, follow-ups, sales coordination, and coordination with the HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with customers regarding their requirements.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams.
- Coordinate with the HR team for relevant day-to-day activities.
- Maintain customer information and daily records.
- Update and manage data using MS Excel.
- Support sales and customer relationship activities.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales.
- Plus Two or Any Degree.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good customer-handling ability.
- Ability to coordinate with different teams and HR.
Work Location: Palarivattom, Ernakulam, Kerala Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
