- Manage the complete Food & Beverage and provision requirements for vessel crews.

- Act as the single point of contact for F&B; coordination between vessels, suppliers, and internal teams.

- Ensure the crew has continuous access to healthy, hygienic, and positive-quality food within the approved budget.

- Monitor vessel schedules and plan F&B;/provision requirements in advance.

- Coordinate purchasing and identify suitable ports and suppliers offering competitive prices and reliable quality.

- Prepare purchasing plans based on vessel schedules, crew size, consumption patterns, and available inventory.

- Monitor inventory levels, consumption, and crew feed rates to prevent shortages or excessive stock.

- Maintain accurate records of orders, purchases, inventories, budgets, and supplier performance.

- Coordinate with Captains and Chief Cooks regarding menus, crew preferences, dietary requirements, and upcoming needs.

- Review and improve menus in consultation with the Chief Cook while maintaining cost and nutritional considerations.

- Maintain stock levels and arrange timely replenishment of supplies.

- Manage F&B; operations within established budgets and financial targets.

- Identify vessel requirements proactively and respond promptly to operational concerns.





- Establish and monitor relevant KPIs, schedules, policies, and procedures for vessel F&B; operations.

- Maintain strong communication with vessels and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

- Develop and maintain professional relationships with suppliers and service providers.

- Monitor supplier performance, quality standards, pricing, and delivery timelines.

- Ensure compliance with applicable food safety, hygiene, health, and vessel requirements.

- Maintain a service-oriented approach and continuously improve the overall food and catering experience for crew.

- Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding F&B; expenditure, inventory, purchasing, and vessel requirements.

- Support cost-saving initiatives without compromising food quality, hygiene, or crew satisfaction.

- Be available outside regular working hours when urgent vessel requirements or operational situations arise.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
