We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and customer-friendly Telecaller to join our team at Hiliving Interiors. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining our interior design services, following up with enquiries and scheduling appointments for our design and sales team.

Key Responsibilities 1. Calling & Lead Generation Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on incoming enquiries. Generate leads for home interior projects, including modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units and complete home interiors. Explain the company's services, designs and offerings to prospective customers. 2.

Customer

Follow-up Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication. Understand customer requirements, budgets and project timelines. Schedule appointments for customers to meet the design and sales team or visit the experience centre.

- CRM & Reporting Maintain customer details, call records and lead status. Update daily calling reports and follow-up schedules.



Coordinate with the sales and design teams to ensure timely responses to customer enquiries. 4.

Customer Relationship Management

Build positive relationships with prospective and existing customers. Handle basic customer queries professionally. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the initial enquiry process.

Required Skills &

Qualifications Good communication skills in Kannada, English and Hindi. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel. Good telephone etiquette and convincing skills. Positive attitude, patience and willingness to learn. Ability to meet calling and lead-generation targets.

Performance Expectations

Daily outbound calls and customer follow-ups. Qualified leads generated. Customer appointments and experience-centre visits scheduled. Accurate maintenance of customer databases. Consistent and professional communication
