ROLL: Customer Relationship Manager

- Arrange site visits and explain the project details to clients.
- Handle inbound calls and update client details in the CRM.
- Understand client needs and suggest suitable properties.
- Explain the advantages and investment opportunities of the properties.
- Follow up with clients regularly and assist them with their decisions.
- Support clients from the site visit until booking and handover.
- Coordinate with the team to handle client requirements.
- Work towards individual and team targets.
- Report directly to the MD.

EXPERIENCE: 1+ year experience in Marketing and Sales WORK MODE: On Site- Subramaniyapuram

TIMING: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
