We are looking for energetic and responsible Telecallers to manage our customer follow-ups and orders.Job Responsibilities:Calling existing and recent customers for order follow-up.Keeping a proper track/record of all customers and their payments.Handling customer queries and coordinating with the dispatch team.Maintaining daily calling data and reports in Excel/Notebook.Building long-term relationships with customers.Requirements:Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English.Basic knowledge of MS Excel and mobile/computer handling.Must be punctual, polite, and well-organized.Prior experience in telecalling / customer support is preferred (Freshers can also apply).Only candidates from Lucknow preferred.
