We are looking for a communication-focused Customer Relations Officer to handle customer communication, telecalling, follow-ups, and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to clients.
- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Explain company services and provide relevant information to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and identify their needs.
- Follow up with leads and customers through calls, WhatsApp.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Maintain records of calls, leads,
follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good proficiency in English and Malayalam.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Customer-oriented and professional approach.
- Positive convincing, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
