We are looking for confident and presentable college students to join as Customer Experience Assistants. The role involves engaging with customers and supporting customer experience activities outside the medicine counter.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers following the “Vanakkam First” principle.
- Guide customers within the store.
- Explain CHC services and unique products.
- Create awareness about available services.
- Collect customer feedback and reviews.
- Support store-level customer engagement activities.
- Maintain a professional and friendly approach while interacting with customers.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be a currently enrolled college student.
- Valid proof of student status is required before joining.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable,
and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Candidates residing near the store/outlet are preferred.
- Comfortable working from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, 6 days a week.
Training & Perks
- Structured induction and training will be provided before deployment.
