Shift Timing: 7:00 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST

Salary: As per experience (D.O.E) + Incentives

Working Days: 5 days a week (Work from Office)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Sourcing Executive to support our recruitment team in identifying and attracting top talent for IT roles. This role involves sourcing candidates through multiple channels and building a strong talent pipeline.

Required Skills:

- Valuable communication skills with any graduation




- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in voice or semi-voice process (international calling – UK/USA/Canada/Australia)
- Candidates should reside within 10-12 km commuting distance or be willing to relocate near the office
