Job Details :-

Position: Customer Support Experts (Voice process) - Airline industury.

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Rotational Shift) with 10 hours working

Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline) / Under Grad with min. 6 month experience.

Experience: 6 months experience is mandatory .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inbound Calling: Attend inbound inquiries to understand their travel requirements and convert them into bookings. Travel Product
2. Lead Conversion: Follow up with leads, explain product offerings, and close
3. Customer Interaction: Maintain a qualified and courteous tone while communicating with customers,



ensuring a positive brand experience.
4. Understanding Customer Needs: Assess customer preferences, travel budgets, and destinations to offer personalized travel recommendations.
5. Daily Reporting & CRM Updates: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, bookings, and updates in CRM systems.
6. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned targets and KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
7. Issue Resolution: Handle customer queries, complaints, or post-concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
