Role & responsibilities
Candidates must have excellent communication skills and ability to work 24*7 shifts,
Handle calls from Customers over the globe US/UK/UAE/ etc and resolve their queries and concerns.
Candidates with valuable presence of mind and strong verbal communication are preferred
Preferred candidate profile
Undergraduate / Graduate Freshers / Experienced candidates with excellent communication skills may apply,
Minimum 1 year BPO experience required
Salary 18-33k in hand, Decent hike on last drawn salary depending on rounds of interviews
