We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to support a US Legal &

- Accident Insurance process. The role involves collecting, reviewing, and validating accident and insurance-related information for US law firms while ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, verify, and document accident and insurance-related information from relevant sources.

- Support US law firms by gathering and processing case-related information accurately.

- Ensure adherence to client, process, and quality guidelines.

- Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time expectations.

- Utilize critical thinking and analytical skills to identify data gaps and resolve issues.

- Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates on assigned cases.

- Collaborate effectively with team members and leadership to achieve operational goals.

Eligibility:

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- International BPO experience will be an added advantage.

- Experience in US insurance, legal, claims, or backend operations is preferred but not mandatory.

- Immediate joiners preferred.

Work Schedule &

- Shift Requirements:

- 100% Work from Office (WFO) - 5 Days a Week.

- US Shift Timings (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM).

- Fixed Weekends Off (Saturday &
- Sunday).

- Candidates should be comfortable working in a night-shift environment aligned with US business hours.
