Job Summary

We are looking for a Custom Software Engineering Lead with hands-on experience in Jakarta EE / Java EE to design, develop, and support scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead application design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Develop clean, secure, and maintainable Java/Jakarta EE applications.
- Perform code reviews and ensure coding quality and best practices.
- Work on database design, application optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Provide production/L3 support and application monitoring.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product teams, and stakeholders.

Must Have
- Jakarta EE / Java EE
- Strong Java development experience
- Enterprise application development
- REST APIs / Web Services
- Database/SQL knowledge
