Summary
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of tailored software applications. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project stakeholders, coordinating efforts to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. The position demands overseeing the entire application lifecycle, from initial concept through deployment, while continuously engaging with various teams to align objectives and resolve challenges.
The role also includes managing priorities, facilitating communication, and ensuring that the applications meet the evolving needs of the organization and its users.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application development projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps platform.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and configuration within Microsoft Power Platform.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integrating Microsoft Power Apps with other Microsoft services and third-party systems.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
