About JusBid

JusBid, a product of Rudrohom Comtrade Pvt. Ltd., is a growing travel-tech startup building a next-generation OTA platform focused on making hotel booking more flexible, transparent, and customer-centric.

Our platform aims to help travellers discover, compare, and book hotels based on their budget and requirements, while creating new business opportunities for hotel partners.

We are looking for a CTO / Product Manager who can bring strong experience in the Travel, Hospitality, OTA, or Travel-Tech industry and help us build and scale our product.

Job Overview The candidate will play a key role in defining the product vision, strategy, technology direction, and execution of JusBid.

This is an opportunity for an experienced professional who enjoys working in a startup environment and wants to take ownership of building a product from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the overall product strategy and roadmap.
- Understand the OTA, hotel booking, travel, and hospitality ecosystem.
- Identify customer and market requirements and convert them into product features.
- Lead product planning, prioritization, and execution.
- Work closely with technology, business, operations, and other teams.
- Guide the development and scaling of the OTA platform.
- Improve user experience and booking journeys.
- Identify opportunities for product innovation and business growth.
- Establish product processes, priorities, and execution standards.
- Lead and mentor product/technology teams as required.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, product development, and technology.
- Contribute to strategic partnerships and integrations within the travel ecosystem.

Preferred Industry Experience





Candidates with experience in Travel, OTA, Hospitality, or Travel-Tech companies will be preferred.

Relevant experience may include companies such as:

- MakeMyTrip (MMT)
- OYO
- Booking.com
- Goibibo
- EaseMyTrip
- Cleartrip
- Yatra
- Agoda
- redBus
- Other established OTA, Travel-Tech, or Hospitality companies

Professionals who have previously worked with these or similar companies are also welcome to apply.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong understanding of the OTA / Travel / Hospitality ecosystem.
- Experience in Product Management, Technology Leadership, or both.
- Strong understanding of product strategy and lifecycle.
- Experience building or scaling digital products/platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work closely with technical and business teams.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup workplace.
- Strong ownership and entrepreneurial mindset.
