Role Description The Cruise Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, focused on selling cruise packages and related travel services . The consultant will manage the end-to-end sales process, including providing quotations, handling reservations, processing payments. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems,



following up with leads, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

The role also requires staying updated on cruise line offerings, promotions, and travel regulations to provide informed, reliable guidance to customers.

- Mandatory: Cruise Sales & Flight Sales experience.
- Previous experience in International travel sales / holiday sales / cruise sales / airline sales is required.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
- Good negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
