Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to lead customer relationship management activities, optimize CRM processes, manage customer data, and improve customer engagement and retention. The candidate will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations teams to ensure effective CRM utilization and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the company's CRM operations and database.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Manage customer lifecycle, lead management, follow-ups, and customer communication.
- Monitor CRM data quality, accuracy, and completeness.
- Create and optimize CRM workflows, processes, and automation.
- Track leads, opportunities, conversions, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Generate and analyze CRM reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.




- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams for lead nurturing and customer campaigns.
- Identify gaps in the customer journey and recommend process improvements.
- Manage customer segmentation and targeted communication.
- Monitor team performance and ensure timely follow-ups and task completion.
- Train and support team members on CRM processes and best practices.
- Coordinate with technical/IT teams for CRM customization, integrations, and issue resolution.
- Maintain proper customer records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
- Prepare regular management reports on CRM performance, customer retention, and conversions.
