What You Will Do
Customer Complaint Handling
- Receive and log incoming customer/dealer calls, complaints, and queries.
- Assign complaints to service technicians and ensure the technician calls the customer within 2436 hours.
- Keep frustrated or demanding customers calm by providing timely updates.
Exp: 1-3 yrs salary: Negotiable
