Job Summary

We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer interactions, maintain accurate customer records, handle follow-ups, and support the sales team in improving customer engagement and conversions. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely communication with leads and customers and maintaining updated CRM records.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update customer and lead information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Track leads, inquiries, follow-ups, appointments, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure timely follow-up on leads.
- Maintain accurate and updated CRM records and databases.
- Monitor pending follow-ups and ensure timely completion.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Track lead status, customer interactions,



and conversion progress.
- Support customer retention and relationship-building activities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams as required.
- Ensure all customer communications and activities are properly recorded in the CRM.
- Identify pending or inactive leads and initiate follow-up activities.
- Assist in improving CRM processes and customer experience.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong customer-handling skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow-ups.
- Problem-solving and positive attitude.
- Positive Hindi and English communication skills.
