Role Description The Crew Scheduler role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining crew rosters to ensure flights are adequately staffed in line with operational requirements and regulatory limits. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring flight schedules, coordinating crew assignments, tracking duty and rest times, and adjusting rosters in response to operational changes, disruptions, or unforeseen events.

Scheduler collaborates closely with flight operations, dispatch, and crew members, communicates schedule changes clearly,



and ensures compliance with aviation regulations and internal policies. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, using scheduling and operational software, and supporting 24/7 flight support activities as part of a dynamic operations team.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust crew scheduling and flight coordination skills, with experience managing rosters and duty times.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of aviation regulations and flight duty time limitations, with the ability to apply them in daily operations.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective coordination with crews and operations teams.
- Candidates should possess analytical skills to interpret operational data, anticipate scheduling issues, and make timely, sound decisions.
- Relevant experience in airline or aviation operations control, dispatch, or crew planning is beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with aviation or scheduling software is preferred.
- A diploma or degree in aviation, transportation, logistics, or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 operations environment, including shifts, with strong attention to detail and reliability.
