– Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) Position: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) Location: Bangalore Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidently handle customer interactions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and timely support.
Key Responsibilities · Make outbound calls to assigned customers and maintain regular follow-ups. · Build and nurture long-term customer relationships. · Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product or service information. · Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. · Update customer interactions, follow-up activities, and order status in CRM software or MS Excel. · Achieve daily calling, follow-up,
and customer engagement targets. · Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and interactions. · Ensure a positive customer experience at every stage of communication.
