Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Credit Manager role based in Raipur.

The Credit

Manager will evaluate and approve credit applications, analyze financial information, and assess the creditworthiness of customers.

Responsibilities include monitoring credit portfolios, identifying potential risks, and implementing measures to minimize credit losses. The role involves setting and reviewing credit policies, coordinating with sales and operations teams, and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.

The Credit





Manager will prepare regular reports on credit performance, support audits, and contribute to continuous improvement of credit processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Credit Management and Credit skills for evaluating applications and managing portfolios.
- Candidates should possess Credit Risk Management and Analytical Skills for assessing exposure and mitigating potential losses.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge for interpreting financial statements and understanding lending products.
- Relevant experience in NBFCs, banking, or financial services, particularly in retail lending, is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
- Attention to detail, proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools, and strong written and verbal communication skills are beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Raipur, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make sound, data-driven decisions is expected.
