Role Description The UGC Content Creator will be responsible for producing engaging, authentic user-generated content that showcases PPStack’s learning experiences, programs, and digital solutions across social media and online platforms. This full-time remote role includes planning and creating short-form video content, testimonials, reviews, and story-based posts tailored for channels such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. The role involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to understand campaign goals, translating them into compelling scripts, and capturing content that resonates with learners and professionals.

Day-to-day tasks include trend research, content ideation, filming and editing,



optimizing content for reach and engagement, and managing a consistent posting schedule. The UGC Content Creator will also analyze performance metrics, gather community feedback, and recommend content improvements that strengthen PPStack’s brand presence and learner engagement.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in short-form video creation, basic filming techniques, and social media storytelling across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Experience in content ideation, scripting, and visual storytelling, with the ability to translate educational concepts into relatable, audience-focused narratives.
- Proficiency with video and content editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar) and familiarity with creating platform-native formats.
- Understanding of social media trends, community engagement practices, and basic digital marketing concepts related to reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail, clarity, and brand-appropriate tone.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.
- Interest in EdTech, AI, digital skills, or career development, with a willingness to learn about PPStack’s products and services.
- Previous experience as a content creator, UGC creator, influencer, or social media marketer is preferred but not mandatory.
